Terms and conditions
Terms written for a real construction-service intake and scheduling workflow.
These terms apply to use of the MLPLZ INC website and to the public information, intake, contact, and payment guidance presented on the site. Project-specific terms can still be added or clarified during direct written confirmation.
1. Public website purpose
This website is an information, contact, and request-intake surface for MLPLZ INC. It is not a self-service checkout application, a guaranteed booking engine, or a substitute for direct review of project scope and site conditions.
2. Service descriptions
Service descriptions are intended to explain the kinds of work MLPLZ INC reviews, not to guarantee that every request will be accepted, available, or suitable for the exact conditions of a given property or jobsite.
3. Estimates and pricing
Any pricing language on the public site is informational unless and until MLPLZ INC directly confirms the actual scope, access conditions, timing, and payment path. A request is not price-confirmed just because a visitor has seen the site.
4. Scheduling and confirmation
Requested dates and time windows are not final until directly confirmed. Scheduling may depend on access, traffic, weather, trade overlap, permit status, inspection timing, material readiness, equipment availability, safety concerns, and other project conditions.
5. Site access and customer responsibilities
The person requesting service is responsible for providing accurate site information, including address, access conditions, gate or lock instructions, parking constraints, work-area readiness, known hazards, and the correct on-site contact. Failure to disclose material access limits can affect schedule, pricing, or fit.
6. Permits, inspections, utilities, and approvals
Unless directly agreed in writing, the public website does not promise that MLPLZ INC will obtain permits, engineering, utility locates, HOA approvals, municipal approvals, or inspection signoff on behalf of the customer. Those items may remain the customer’s or project manager’s responsibility depending on the job.
7. Changes in scope
If the scope changes after the initial review—for example due to different dimensions, hidden damage, access issues, added work, owner changes, or coordination with other trades—MLPLZ INC may revise timing, price, or fit before proceeding.
8. Payment terms
Do not send payment until the project scope and payment request are directly confirmed. Public payment information exists to support legitimate remittance after confirmation. Larger or non-standard projects may require separate staged or written terms.
9. No guarantee of uninterrupted site availability
MLPLZ INC may update, revise, pause, or remove parts of the website at any time. The business does not guarantee that every page, route, file, or external communication platform will be available continuously.
10. External links and third-party platforms
The site links to phone, email, Facebook, and other external services for convenience. MLPLZ INC is not responsible for the independent terms, privacy rules, uptime, or technical behavior of those third-party platforms.
11. Content ownership
Website copy, graphics, layout, branding, and original content on this site are controlled by or used for MLPLZ INC. You may not republish the site’s original written or visual content in a misleading way or claim it as your own.
12. Limitation of public-site reliance
The public website is intended to support reasonable business communication. It should not be treated as a substitute for project-specific field review, engineering advice, architectural advice, legal advice, or formal contract drafting. Any job-specific obligation should be confirmed directly.
13. Governing use and updates
By using the site, you accept these public terms as they appear on the date of use. MLPLZ INC may update them when the website, service model, or compliance needs change.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to [email protected] or +1 (602) 554-1112.
